All services are delivered according to agreed schedules and service specifications confirmed with the client.

3. Clients must:

• Provide safe access to premises

• Ensure electricity and water supply are available where required

• Inform us of any hazards or special site requirements

• Secure valuables and sensitive materials

We are not responsible for items not properly secured.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be agreed in advance.

• Late payments may result in service suspension.

• Additional services outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of services. Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in charges.
